After completing this boot camp, consultants will be able to perform configurations with common platform tools, set-up permissions with RBP, configure the home page and People Profile, and add Picklists. Consultants will also be able to activate MDF objects, populate user data, use the Configuration Center, and describe the basics components of the SAP SuccessFactors HXM cloud suite. Future consultants will also gain fundamental knowledge of how to configure the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core solution and will be familiar with the available resources to support future projects.
During the kick-off session of the program, participants get an overview of the boot camp schedule, introduction to the SAP world and an overview of how the SAP certification process works. The kick-off is followed by a highly interactive communication skills training specifically designed for future SAP consultants. Later during the course of the boot camp participants can benefit from live sessions with an experienced trainer coupled with self study. Certification coaching session is offered towards the end of the boot camp to help participants prepare for the SAP certification exam.
